Forrest VanTuyl - Old Trails
Forrest is a genuine cowboy that ranches and farms in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and musical partner, Margo Cilker. In the tradition of the cowboy poet, the songs on Old Trails are authentic folky stories of the true west. Max Gomez - Memory Mountain
Singer/Songwriter Max Gomez grew up in Taos, New Mexico, listening to country blues, folk and country music. He received critical acclaim upon the release of his debut album Rule The World and his subsequent EP, Me and Joe, which contained “Make It Me,” which has gained over 4 million listeners on Spotify alone. Memory Mountain is his second full length album and now available.

Pete Droge - Fade Away Blue
Pete Droge is back with his first new solo album since 2006. Pete found success in the 90s recording for Rick Rubin’s American Records, with songs in movies and opening for folks like Tom Petty. Along with his life and musical partner Elaine Summers, who co-wrote and performs on many songs, Droge presents a personal album inspired by his search for his birth mother, with beautifully understated production. Tennessee born and raised, and now living in Nashville, this is Wilson’s follow-up to his self-titled debut released four years ago. Bob Lefevre & the Already Gone - In Tongues
Bob Lefevre & the Already Gone’s “In Tongues” is this week's Featured Album of the Week. This Laramie, Wyoming based outfit play old school alt. country in the tradition of 90s favorites like Uncle Tupelo. Recorded at The Blasting Room in Fort Collins with Chris Beeble and mastered by Doug Van Sloun, this solid record feels both familiar and fresh. Check it out on Bandcamp.

SUEDE & 'LENE's debut album, "Hymns For Lost Things," is a unique blend of roots-infused rock. Co-created by seasoned songwriter/producer Angelo Petraglia and multi-talented frontwoman Eulene Sherman, this Nashville-based duo draws inspiration from their rich musical histories to craft a deeply narrative and emotionally profound album. Their work channels influences ranging from Dylan and The Band to Kurt Vile, blending Americana roots with inventive lyrical storytelling. Recorded in Nashville with a some of the best studio musicians in town.

Dee White - Heart Talkin’
At just the age of 26, Dee White has the sound of an old soul. Born in Slapout, Alabama, this is his second record, his debut was recorded with Dan Auerbach at Easy Eye Sound, now five years later this follow up produced by legendary Nashville producer Tony Brown, one of the originators of the Alt Country sound. White is big collector is early 20th century American guitars, an aesthetic that shines through on the 10 songs on Heart Talkin.

An autobiographical record that finds Jesse exploring personal themes with a more mature, 70s country rock inspired sound - departing a bit from previous honky tonk sounds.

The Pine Hill Haints - Shattered Pieces of the True Cross
Alabama based The Pine Hill Haints have been “playing ghost country music since 1997.” Recorded live in Muscle Shoals, their new album continues their tradition of raw, low-fi, gothic southern roots music.

Sam Stoane - Tales of the Dark West
Sam Stoane is a cowgirl from California, now making her way in Nashville with a fine new release that is true Country AND Western, her debut release *Tales of the Dark West.* Stoane’s song live solidly in the realm of traditional country music, but at the same time are modern and relevant as a young Americana singer-songwriter.

Sweet Megg - Never Been Home
A thoroughly modern Americana record with a nice mix of vintage sounds. Originally from NYC and now based in Nashville, Sweet Megg toured with Postmodern Jukebox and has a jazz and blues background. Sonia Leigh - Songs About Ghosts
Nashville-based singer-songwriter Sonia Leigh delivers a haunting collection with "Songs About Ghosts," showcasing her refined Americana sensibilities. Mattie Schell - Everything Means Nothing
The debut release from St. Louis singer-songwriter Mattie Schell, “Everything Means Nothing.” Mattie cut her teeth in the St. Louis folk and bluegrass scene as part of River Kittens. Now signed to Compass Records, her debut solo album was produced in Nashville by JD Simo. The album melds Matties strong soulful voice with country and roots traditions for a simultaneously unique and familiar Americana sound.

John Howie Jr. and the Rosewood Bluff - The Return of...
This marks the return of North Carolina’s John Howie Jr and their first full-length release in 11 years. As an original member of the Two Dollar Pistols, John Howie helped invent the Alt Country sound of the 90s. This a fine roots country and honky tonk record - out now on blue vinyl, CD, streaming and for download at Bandcamp.
